CP-PWR-INJ

The Cisco Power Injector CP-PWR-INJ is a midspan power injector for use with Cisco IP phones and provides alternative powering options; local power, multiport power patch panels, and inline-power-capable switches. The Cisco Power Injector CP-PWR-INJ supports all Cisco Unified IP phones and as a midspan decice, it is connected between a switch port and the Cisco unified IP phone to provide inline power capability to a switch port.

The Cisco CP-PWR-INJ supports IEEE 802.3af modes for supplying power up to 15.5W to the attached phone, and 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet connections. The Cisco CP-PWR-INJ allows a distance of up to100 meters between an unpowered switch ports and the Cisco unified IP phone’s location.
